Castle Crashers Fan Art

These images of the Blue Knight (Above) and Green Knight (Below) from Castle Crashers are by Kalen Chock (Deviant Art).

He’s also done this nice image of the Red Knight fighting the heavy from Team Fortress 2.

Chronotrigger Winnie The Pooh Crossover

Artists should make their signatures easier to read… It took me 4 attempts at figuring out what the artist who drew this picture I found on Reddit’s surname. Her name is Sylvia T. Leung (Not Leary, Leany or  Learg they don’t exist or don’t draw images about ChronoTrigger).

But I like to do my due diligence, so I found her profile on Deviant Art, she’ s done another rough image of the same characters:

Legend of Zelda Art Nouveau

These Art Nouveau images are by Artist Melissa Somerville (Deviant Art Page), and feture characters from the Legend of Zelda series. Her Deviant Art page is full of cool illustrations based on among other things the Zelda Universe and the Okami Universe.

I can’t seem to find a fill size image of the Link and Zelda Images above just a Triptych.

Mario Meets Limbo… Noirio?

I can’t find the original source of this image apart from this Reddit post which is unfortunate, however it reminded me of the below image which I have had in my queue waiting to be blogged for months.

I have this image down in my notes as being by iGreefing and that matches the water mark but it’s not longer in their gallery…

I’d love to put together a Mario game in the style of Limbo I think it would be super creepy.

While I’m on the subject of B&W Mario games, there is also this image which is also in my to-blog queue:

It’s by Deviant Art user CodFather.

You Monster!

This short clip by @notquitenormal asks the question What if a portal 2 had been filmed as a cartoon? This video is quite creepy, but also quite cool. It it way too short I want more.

The animator’s real name is Chelsea according to her twitter, her website appears to be down, but she has a tumblr and deviant art page.

Orktimus Prime: Transforming Warhammer 40K Custom Miniature

OrktimusPrimeOpen

I don’t often admit to this, but a very long time ago (20 years if not more) I tried to become a wargamer… I say tried because it never happened, I bought a lot of miniatures then discovered that when you live in Saudi Arabia there aren’t very many places to actually wargame.

Anyway, that and the fact that this is a Transformers themed custom miniature are just two of the many reasons I find this piece by “madscuzzy” (Deviant Art Page) awesome, the other reasons mainly have to do with the fact that it is in fact actually awesome…

You can read a full interview with the creator over at Tabeltop Geeks, I’m not going to replicate that here. They also have in progress images of the piece.

On a slight tangent, many many years ago one of my many internet handles was Skuzzy so in a parallel universe you could be reading this on Skuzzy.net…

AVENGERS Fantasy Re-design

What if you took the avengers and sent them back into a fantasy universe? Maybe they would look something like DeviantArt user DenisM79‘s sketches?

It’s worth looking through his gallery as he has also done Rockabilly redesigns of Cat Woman and Bat Man.

And if that’s not cool enough for you how about these slightly more stylized fantasy Avengers by Another Deviant Art User theDURRRRIAN
