This could be the reason I use to get a Roomba, these custom Nintendo Roomba covers were created for the SUPER iam8bit Art Exhibit. Featuring Koopa shells, a Goomba from the super mario series of games and an Octorock from the Legend of Zelda.
I must admit that I’m a little disappointed that there isn’t a blue shell with wings, can you imaging how scary that would be if it started following you?

I’ve blogged about Katie Alves doing Disney Eye Makeup before but this is a different story, this time she’s doing Mario! And thus warrants me highlighting her talents yet again. Apparently there is a whole Mario themed photo shoot in the works…
Holy crap it’s Mario! I’m actually in the works of doing a Mario themed photo shoot with a photographer, so I’m testing out different designs. I don’t think I’ll be using this one though. It took way too long and the details are way too tiny. The model’s eyes are tiny compared to my drag queen shaped eyes!
Ok, so we’ve got the coin counter, those hill things, the piranha plant, the ? box, a Goomba, step things with coins, Bullet Bill, an odd looking Mario in the tanooki suit (with wiggling tail), a mushroom, Koopa Troopa, Yoshi, the flag pole and finally the castle! Ahhh so many tiny little things. I’m quite proud of that Yoshi. Frig, that was grossly tiny.
On a side note, I need your help guys! I’ve dropped down to 6th place in the Makeupbee/Sugarpill contest. It would mean the world to me if you voted for me! [link] A “like” is a vote!
Deviant Art user ginayajesmerxoxo snapped this photo while she was walking past a bakery. Sadly that is all the context I have 🙁

Hot on the tails of the post about the Super Mario Bros cupcake tower I posted yesterday is these awesome Goomba cupcakes by deviant art user tomo-chi. Apparently she ( I assume it’s a she in this Genderless age who can tell though) got such a kind reaction to them that she also went and made some Mushroom cupcakes to go with them:
I like the use of green cones as pipes…
