I think this meme is in its infancy but it’sspreading, I know the original,or at least something like it has been doing the rounds for a while,but I’ve only recently seen the spin offs and parodies…

This will go over the head of anyone who doesn’t speak Arabic but the letter wearing the glasses is called Meem and is the Arabic letter ‘M’.

I’m noticing a trend of comics/images on the net implying that people are dropping everything to play Skyrim, it is a good game but I think people are taking it a little too far. Either that or the suspension on this band wagon is going to fail fairly soon as far too many people seem to be jumping on it…

I have to say I’m sick and tired of all the I am the 99% crap that people are posting all over the internet, get a job! I am also one of the 99% big whoopdie doo. I agree the financial system is broken but writing your sob story on a bit of paper and photographing yourself isn’t going to help anyone.

This isn’t Happiness

I have to admit to finding this meme very endearing, I’m not even sure if I’ve actually played the legend of Zelda, I never owned it but I do remember playing one of the Zelda games on the NES at a friends house. My introduction to Zelda came on the Gameboy, but the line “IT’S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE TAKE THIS” must be ingrained the the soul of every gamer….

I’ve started seeing homages to it cropping up an awful lot of late, I’m not sure why there has been a sudden increase in the number of people posting them,  maybe it’s just doing the rounds.

And there is this pretty nifty one I found on Reddit (but have since lost the source link), it’s been doing the rounds and printed off by lots of people and stuck about.

If you Google for it’s dangerous to go alone of the first 20 or so results only one is the original image, the others are all images of people handing over cats or bananas or whatever, it’s really wierd, personally I like the ones above because they preserve the spirit of the original.
