I have a soft spot for posting pictures of People wearing Lichtenstein Makeup. some of my most viewed blog posts of all time are collections of Lichtenstein make up images and I’ve also posted a tutorial I found online which people seemed to like.
So I was pleasantly surprised when twitter suggested I follow @C0LOUREDLIGHTS (Tumblr) a Glasgow based make up artist and upon looking at her profile saw an example of Lichtenstein style make up. Looking through her Tumblr I found yet another which made me even happier:
This awesome epic take on the “It’s Dangerous to go alone” meme is pretty well epic… No wonder The artist behind it Jerry Nowlin goes by the name its truely epic on Tumblr and @trulyepic on Twitter. It’s available for $10 on shirt punch today and today only…
Maybe this would be a good time to mention that tomorrow is my birthday…
In fact screw it I’m getting this as a birthday present for myself…
Found this on reddit as far as I can tell the original is this post on Tumblr, I want more pop songs taken literally… I don’t even know the Adele song this is referencing, but I can imagine it’s all just as ridiculous.
Unable to buy herself R2D2 shorts from a respectable retailer,or a shady one for that matter Areyna or Productive Slacker (Tumblr) bought a pair of white shorts and went one better by making herself a pair using watered down acrylic paint
Is it too late to post Easter Eggs? Jessica from How About Orange created these lovely DIY Pantone Easter Eggs and tells you how she did it, it’s quite simple really, but they are lovely. In her own words:
The graphic designer in me couldn’t resist attempting faux Pantone Easter eggs. I dyed these boiled eggs, then typed up the labels and printed them on ink jet temporary tattoo paper. Remember to print the words backwards! (I used Silhouette brand tattoo paper I bought at my local PaperSource, but you can also get similar stuff fromDecalPaper.com.) And yes, I’m such a nerd that I had to match the color numbers properly using my chip book.

Wow someone has a high opinion of themselves… I thought this might be tongue in cheek until I got the the T/F questions. “You know what Tumblr is” seriously?
It’s a blogging website not a status symbol, or a secret society.

I can’t for the life of me remember where I found this image apart from the fact that is was on Tumblr, it’s been occupying a tab waiting to be blogged ever since. Just want to close the tab so I’m blogging it now.
